Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
Unworn
Unused
Unwashed
In its original condition
With tags attached where applicable
In its original packaging where possible
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
Used clothing
Washed clothing
Damaged items caused by the customer
Items without original tags
Sale or clearance items, unless faulty
Accessories worn or used after delivery
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for size issues, wrong item received, or eligible product concerns.
If you need a different size, contact us as soon as possible. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm if the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.
Shipping Fees
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from Mine & Yours.
Customers may be responsible for return delivery costs unless the item received was wrong, damaged, or faulty.

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with:

We will review the issue and assist with a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
